A casserole cooked under the broiler! You can make it with different meats but they must be the sort that are tender with short cooking times e.g. good quality frying steak, or pork fillet.
Ingredients | Chicken Casserole Recipes Healthy Easy2 onions, thinly sliced1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced1 ¼ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast meat - cut into strips1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti saucewater as neededDirectionsPreheat oven to Broil/Grill.Place onions, bell pepper and tomatoes in a broiler pan. Broil until softened and starting to brown.Add chicken, sauce and water as needed for desired consistency. Mix all together.
